The Shoppes at Railroad Square is approximately 10,000 square feet of retail/office space situated along Potomac Street. The space will be a combination of new construction and renovated ground level retail in the adjacent Mommer’s Building. Verdant Development Group is working to obtain approvals required to commence development of the project.
