Verdant purchased this parcel with a previously approved site plan permitting the development of 16 townhouse-style rental condominiums with an outdated, but grandfathered, SWM design.
Verdant redesigned the site to accommodate 18 three-story townhouse lots with garages that would be built as for-sale units. This re-design reduced overall impervious area on the site, employed a current, more environmentally sensitive SWM design and will result in an attractive in-fill neighborhood with home ownership instead of an expansion of the adjoining apartment community.
