Project Overview
England Woods is a proposed 525 unit age restricted, active adult planned community situated on 91 +/- acres along MD Route 144, just outside of the Town of New Market in Frederick County, Maryland. The preliminary concept plan for the project includes a mixture of single family detached homes, townhomes (villas), for-sale condominiums and affordable senior apartments. The community will also feature amenities such as a clubhouse/recreation center with a pool, walking trails, community gardens, bocce courts, pickleball and communal gathering areas.
