Park Place: Transforming Land into Community

Located along Ballenger Creek Pike, adjacent to Tuscarora High School, Park Place spans 3.17 acres and represents a strategic rezoning success. Verdant successfully rezoned the land to PUD (Planned Unit Development) in 2022, allowing for 29 thoughtfully designed townhomes. Since then, we've been diligently working on entitlements, including site plan approvals, water & sewer amendments, improvement plans, and record plats. In Q2 of 2024, site development officially commenced, marking a major step toward delivering much-needed new homes to the area.

The Woods: Smart Infill Development in Frederick City

Situated on 1.38 acres off Baughman’s Lane, The Woods is a prime example of infill development, leveraging underutilized land to enhance an existing neighborhood. Verdant Development Group secured site plan and APFO approvals for an 11-townhome community, ensuring the project aligns with city planning goals while maximizing residential potential. With final entitlements underway, The Woods is set to bring modern, efficient housing to a highly sought-after location.
